Sapto Fajar Prima, S.H.

Sapto Fajar Prima is an advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Jambi. His expertise lies in business law, legal research and contract drafting, particularly in the banking and financing sectors.

He has more than five years of experience at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, as Credit Compliance and Legal Administration Staff, and at PT Moladin Finance Indonesia. He is experienced in drafting a range of credit agreements (working capital, investment and securities-backed loans), preparing collateral documents such as pledges of time deposits, assignments of receivables (cessie) and powers of attorney to sell, and reviewing the legal standing of prospective debtors, both corporate and individual. He also coordinates with notaries and insurance companies on the registration of mortgage rights (hak tanggungan) and fiduciary security, and on credit insurance cover. He later joined Moladin as a Legal Officer, where he handles financing contracts and security documentation to a “zero mistakes documentation” standard.
