Debora Krisnawati, S.H., CLA

Debora Krisnawati is an advocate and member of PERADI with more than 23 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in the property, retail, financing and plantation sectors. Her expertise covers commercial law, corporate law and licensing, legal due diligence, and dispute resolution and litigation.

She spent more than 15 years at PT Lippo Malls Indonesia, where she held the positions of Commercial Legal Head and later Legal Corporate Operational & Permit Dept Head. Her responsibilities included developing standard lease documents (LOOs, LOIs and lease agreements), leading negotiations with tenants and vendors, handling property licensing, supporting corporate actions and providing legal opinions to management. She currently serves as Legal & Litigation Dept Head at PT Agriprima Cipta Persada, where she handles plasma partnership agreements, joint operation agreements (KSO), environmental law compliance and litigation for an oil palm plantation company.

Alongside her legal practice, she is an active trainer. She trains new legal officers and is a certified trainer for supervisory programmes.
