Debora Sintia Panggabean, S.H., M.H.

Debora Sintia Panggabean has been an advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2017. Since 2015 she has worked as in-house corporate counsel for a number of property developers, on projects ranging from apartments and shopping centres to residential estates and transit-oriented developments.

She began her career as Legal Supervisor at PT Hong Kong Kingland. She then became Legal Section Head at PT Lippo Malls Indonesia, handling tenant lease agreements and mall operating licences for The Plaza Semanggi, followed by Senior Legal at PT Hutama Anugrah Propertindo. For more than four years she served as Corporate Legal Section Head at PT Cipta Harmoni Lestari & Group, where she handled: company establishment and amendments to articles of association; corporate approvals for corporate actions, including corporate loans; legal due diligence; share acquisitions from foreign shareholders, including mandatory notifications to the KPPU (Indonesia Competition Commission); and standard consumer documents such as PPJBs (conditional sale and purchase agreements) and handover reports.

She currently serves as Corporate Legal Manager at PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk, where she handles corporate law and land transactions for a range of residential and transit-oriented projects.
