David Adam Putra Sianipar, S.H.

David Adam Putra Sianipar is an advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) who began his legal career in 2017. He started out at several law firms, including Marhatadinatama Law Firm and the law office of Pilipus Tarigan, S.H., M.H. There he learned to draft statements of claim, answers, replies, rejoinders and letters of demand (somasi), and carried out legal research and community legal outreach. As an advocate, he has handled bankruptcy and PKPU, civil, criminal, election dispute, land, property and banking cases.

In the corporate sector, David has worked with and supported the legal teams of LiMa Group, Lippo Malls Indonesia and SDI Group. He is currently Legal Supervisor at Centrin Online Group, where his role covers the full range of in-house corporate counsel functions. His areas of expertise include financial law, asset and property law, corporate law, intellectual property law, industrial relations, and cyber and telecommunications law.
